Tom's passion for his products was clear, but his customers weren't always seeing the care behind them. During our workshop, we learnt that many people bought his hats without realising they were handmade.

That gave us our message: Duzh Vug is fashion made by hand.

We started thinking about why people love handmade products, and realised it's because they're made with love. That got us thinking about other things made with love, like Grandma's homemade cookies, and then we just had to connect the two in a fun, unexpected way.
