Creative direction at IDENTITY & BEYOND is led by Shane Senanayake.

Shane is a graduate of AWARD School, Australia’s leading advertising program, and the winner of the TAC Split Second Competition 2025 for a seatbelt safety campaign concept. His background combines advertising strategy with real-world production, which means ideas are always grounded in what can actually be made and what will actually work. That balance is at the core of how we operate.
